Puppy Purchase Information
We strongly believe in raising confident, healthy, lifetime family companions and that starts well before they are ready to leave for their new homes!
We lovingly socialize these young pups with children, cats and farm animals from a very early age. Puppies leave our kennel started on potty training, crate training and basic manners.
Puppies are not force separated from mom - she has lots to teach them after all - and they are
never force weaned until they are ready.
Our puppies have age appropriate vaccines and deworming taken care of before they leave. We offer a one month complimentary insurance voucher with Trupanion (in addition to the free AKC insurance that comes with registering your puppy) for your piece of mind!
Pricing:
All pricing listed on our website is for full AKC/ASCA registration (unless otherwise noted).
We are happy to discuss breeding/show homes and will help evaluate puppies with prospective new owners to make sure they are a good fit in a breeding program.
Reserving:
If you found the perfect puppy that stole your heart, we ask for a $200 holding fee to reserve
him or her until they are ready to come home. Deposits are non-refundable but are contingent on the puppy getting a clear bill of health from our veterinarian during the health exam. If for some reason the puppy is not deemed healthy, you will be issued a refund or you may choose to apply your deposit to a different puppy when one becomes available.
Delivery:
We can hand deliver your puppy within a 300 mile radius of Elgin, Oregon at no charge.
For safety of our dogs and family, we no longer allow in-person visits to our home or kennel. However, we will be happy to video call and send weekly updates and photos of how your puppy is growing and his or her milestones along the way!
For out-of-state buyers, we can meet you at the Boise, ID or Portland, OR airports or work with you to get a pet transport service for your puppy.
Typically the cost ranges anywhere from $600-$800 for their services. Many customers choose to fly with the puppy themselves.
Due to new regulations relating to Covid-19, many airlines have stopped shipping pets
cargo but will still allow them as a carry-on. Currently only American Airlines is shipping pets cargo and they have temperature restrictions in place.
